What do we need?

1. Zucchini

2. Onion

3. Garlic

4. Crushed tomatoes

5. Chicken (better thigh)

6. Olive oil

How we prepare it:

Cut the garlic and onion very small, then wash the zucchini very well and remove the 2 tips, cut it as if they were spaghetti in very thin strips.
In a frying pan put the onion and garlic and sauté with olive oil, once the onion is tender add the chicken and season when it is almost cooked add the crushed tomato.
